About the Position:

As a Cook at our establishment, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals and individual dishes. We pride ourselves on accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances, and you will play a key role in ensuring their needs are met. Your tasks will also include inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in food preparation and handling, ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and records, and organizing buffets and banquets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will need to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. This position also involves physically demanding and repetitive tasks, requiring you to stand for extended periods.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Candidates should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the culinary field. The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, take initiative, and have good judgment. Being organized, reliable, a team player, and having strong time management skills are also essential.
