Position Details:

Located in the heart of Lundar, MB, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour for 35 hours a week. We provide a flexible work schedule, including days, weekends, overtime, and mornings, to ensure a work-life balance that suits your needs. We are looking to fill two vacancies immediately.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base and team members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning duties to sales workers, authorizing payments and merchandise returns, and establishing work schedules. You will actively participate in selling merchandise and preparing detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

A significant part of your role will involve resolving customer requests, complaints, and managing supply shortages. You will also organize and maintain inventory and supervise the daily activities of your team to ensure smooth operations.
