This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of $26.00 per hour for a 30 to 40-hour work week, starting as soon as possible. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring our team meets performance standards and delivers exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance reviews, performing the same duties as those you supervise, recruiting and hiring staff, and coordinating and reviewing work. Additionally, you will maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs to ensure business continuity and top-notch customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage a team of 3-4 people, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards. You will be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies, and ensuring all tasks are completed under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Your ability to stay organized, dependable, and a team player will be crucial to your success.

 

Work Environment:

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and managing pressure are part of the daily routine. Your excellent oral communication skills, accuracy, client-focused approach, and reliability will be essential in maintaining a high standard of customer service.

 

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an asset, and a willingness to relocate is required. We are looking for individuals who are accurate, dependable, and possess excellent organizational skills.
