About the Role

As a Product Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance for electronic components within our battery products. Your expertise will ensure the reliability and quality of our products, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance for electronic components of battery products to both internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with electronic systems, including PCB assemblies, microcontrollers, sensors, and other embedded systems.
• Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on electronic equipment, ensuring they meet our stringent standards.
• Technical Drawings: Interpret and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to aid in troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of electronic testing equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Documentation: Document and report technical issues, repair activities, and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manual Development: Assist in creating and updating technical manuals and support documentation.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in electronic components and repair techniques.

Essential Criteria

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and technical support. Education: Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Hands-On Experience: Proficiency with electronic testing and diagnostic tools. Specialized Knowledge: Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage technologies. Quality Assurance: Familiarity with quality assurance and control procedures in electronics manufacturing. CAD Skills: Proficiency in using CAD software for creating and modifying technical drawings.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Teamwork:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Knowledge:

Familiarity with battery systems and technologies is a plus.
