Kempe Services Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to join our professional team in Gladstone. This full-time, permanent position is open for immediate start and welcomes both Australian citizens and applicants seeking sponsorship for a work visa, including those on existing 482 or 494 visas looking to transfer.

The Role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for our Gladstone branch. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales activities and ensuring the delivery of top-notch marketing services. You will be expected to present yourself professionally and showcase a proven track record in developing fluid power business opportunities and successfully managing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Kempe’s processes.
• Actively promote Kempe Engineering’s service capabilities to existing and potential customers in Gladstone.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to expand the client base and service offerings.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the branch.
• Provide technical support for the preparation of quotations.
• Maintain the brand’s reputation as a premium supplier of fluid power components and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• A proactive focus on safety.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the fluid power sector.
• Valid Australian Driver’s License.
