    Meet Your Team

    As a Customer Success Manager and onboarding specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Demand Growth Team in Germany, collaborating with our Partnerships Teams across EMEA and the US. Your mission: guide new partners through the onboarding process and set up their first successful campaigns.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Onboarding and Retention: Drive the onboarding process, ensuring new partners have a smooth start and achieve success.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and growth managers to navigate the technical requirements of implementation. Provide support via Slack and calls.
    • Optimization: Offer proactive recommendations to optimize initial campaigns and platform use.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure partner success and take action as needed.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication.
    • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for partners, clearly conveying insights and performance metrics.
    • Internal Communication: Relay partner needs and feedback to the appropriate teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and technical issues are addressed.

    Who You Are

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mobile user acquisition, success management, or account management in ad tech, with a preference for gaming industry experience.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing ad tech KPIs (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.) and using the Google Suite (Sheets & Slides).
    • Attitude: Output and revenue-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and a love for fast-paced environments.
