Key Responsibilities:

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including: Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Asset Calculation: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements. Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports. Account Reconciliation: Prepare trial balance of books and reconcile accounts.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: College diploma or equivalent in a relevant program (1-2 years). Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. Personal Attributes: Strong organizational and time management skills, client-focused approach, and the ability to work under pressure.
