    Job Overview:

    Are you passionate about ensuring the seamless operation and support of IT systems? As a Support Engineer at CLOUDSERVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud and Infrastructure, you will be a pivotal part of our team. This role is diverse, covering everything from managing Microsoft Azure Cloud services to desktop support and maintaining network security and functionality. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, and security protocols, as well as experience in client interaction and data center operations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will deploy and configure virtual machines, storage, and networking components in Azure, and work with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 Admin Portal for user and group management. Your infrastructure management duties will include administering Windows servers, Domain Controllers, and Active Directory, handling Microsoft Exchange 2016 for email services, and configuring inTune for device management. You will also oversee Ubiquiti WiFi access points and VLAN configurations.

     

    Your networking and security responsibilities will involve maintaining and troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, and other network-related issues, understanding Cisco routers/switches and VoIP, and implementing Cisco VPN solutions. You will manage shared drives via NTFS permissions and use PRTG for network monitoring and proactive issue resolution. Additionally, you will provide desktop support for end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

     

    Client interaction is a key component of this role, where you will offer telephone support, addressing queries and issues with a client-focused approach. Experience in data centers, ensuring hardware reliability and uptime, and knowledge of Paxton Access Control systems will be beneficial.

     

    Qualifications:

    Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Cisco technologies are highly valued. You should have a strong knowledge of Azure services, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and proven experience in technical support or a related role with a focus on Azure cloud services. Effective communication skills are essential, allowing you to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

     

    Soft Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, work collaboratively in a team, adapt to evolving technologies, and maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach will be crucial.

     

    Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) are a plus.
