This role offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $15.75 to $20.00 (negotiable), with 30 to 40 hours per week, including day and weekend shifts. Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert advice on beauty care treatments, booking appointments, and delivering precise haircuts and trims according to clients' preferences. Additionally, you'll offer customized hair and scalp treatments, shampoo clients' hair, and skillfully groom beards and mustaches. Your role will involve recommending hairstyles that complement clients' physical features and personal style preferences.

 

Experience and Skills:

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in barbering, backed by either a relevant trades certificate, diploma, or equivalent practical experience. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail, and exhibit strong hand-eye coordination. Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, reliability, and a team-oriented approach are qualities we value in our team members.
