Competitive Salary: The salary range for this role is between $63,000 - $73,000 plus superannuation.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and peers. Innovative Programming: Ability to implement unique and innovative programming with ongoing training as required. Passion and Dedication: A genuine passion for building positive relationships and meaningful connections within the community. Required Certifications: An ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma of Children's Services, or recognized Early Childhood Teaching degree (or working towards it). Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training, are also required (or willing to obtain/refresh as needed). A valid NSW Working with Children Check is essential.
