Your Role

As a Customer Support Coordinator at Formo, you will:

• Customer Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries about our innovative products and services through email, phone, and chat.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers to ensure their continued engagement and loyalty.
• Performance Goals: Meet and exceed team KPIs and targets set by management, contributing to the overall success of our Customer Care team.
• Feedback Loop: Document and report customer issues to relevant departments, driving continuous improvement in our processes and products.
• Support Optimization: Participate in internal projects aimed at enhancing our customer support strategies and practices.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Customer Service Experience: A proven track record in customer support or a related field, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in handling customer interactions across multiple channels, with a natural ability to convey positivity and empathy.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
