Your Responsibilities

As a Business Implementation Analyst, you will:

• Analyze Business Activities: Examine all energy trading-related activities and new trading products to identify implementation requirements for trade life cycle management.
• Translate Requirements: Convert business needs into technical solution designs, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution.
• Implement Changes: Manage configuration changes in the relevant IT systems to align with business requirements.
• Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with business departments to ensure successful implementation of changes and new processes.
• Organize Testing: Lead business testing efforts and work closely with the IT team to enhance system capabilities.
• Engage in Projects: Participate in projects alongside business and IT departments to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain Relationships: Build strong connections with request originators and IT, prioritizing and escalating issues when necessary.
• Drive Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing within your area of expertise and ensure thorough documentation for audit-proof business changes.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Educational Background: A university degree in engineering, information technologies, natural sciences, economics, or a comparable field.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the energy or commodity trading sector.
• Analytical Skills: Proven business analytical skills with a proactive approach to delivery; previous project experience is essential.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions, with knowledge of energy trading, risk management, and commodity trade life cycles.
• IT Proficiency: Familiarity with data modeling, SQL scripting, and ETRM software like Allegro Horizon is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
