Your Role: OutSystems Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform. You’ll bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that the solutions meet complex technical and business needs through an agile methodology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing customer solution architecture, development execution, and operational support for applications within a larger ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Design and build functional and technical system architecture based on business requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to OutSystems best practices.
• Integration: Implement third-party integrations with SaaS tools and other systems.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients’ technical teams to create seamless integrations with legacy systems.
• Performance and Security: Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and security.
• Project Management: Manage tasks and team members to ensure efficient teamwork and commitment, oversee QA, and handle production deployments.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is not just a technical expert but also a team player and problem solver with a high level of creativity and interpersonal skills. You should be ready to take on responsibilities that range from hands-on development to inspiring and guiding teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 7 years in full-stack development, with a minimum of 2 years in OutSystems technology preferred.
• Technical Leadership: Proven track record in software development projects with team leading, architecture, and solution design responsibilities.
• Web Development: Strong experience in web application development, process design, and project delivery practices.
• Database Knowledge: Deep understanding of relational database systems and schema design, preferably with SQL Server experience.
• API Proficiency: Experience in creating and supporting APIs using RESTful APIs, OAuth2, or GraphQL.
• Web Markup and Scripting: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, client-side scripting, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Educational Background: Degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
• Availability to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
