Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

In this role, you will be a clinical leader, responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Your sharp clinical assessment skills will be crucial in providing top-notch clinical services. You will work closely with medical professionals, allied health practitioners, and residents' families to ensure the highest quality of life for our clients.

 

Additionally, you will supervise and support our Personal Care Workers, guiding them to deliver care that aligns with our Uniting Household Model. This model empowers our residential care teams to help residents maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their daily lives. By getting to know each resident personally, you will become an integral part of their lives, ensuring that the care provided aligns with their individual goals.

 

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking registered nurses with experience in aged or community care. If you have a background in other areas of nursing but are passionate about starting a career in aged care, we encourage you to apply. Ideal candidates will be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and excellent time managers. You should embody Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness. A nursing degree with current AHPRA registration is required.
